We thought there had to be a better way. So we set out to make one.
Why we started Vedana Organics
Walk down any pharmacy aisle and you'll find shelves of muscle rubs built mostly on synthetic formulas, and most of them smell the same. We wanted something different: comfort products built around real plant ingredients, made with care, and sold by people you can actually talk to.
That's why we founded Vedana Organics Inc. We'll be upfront with you: not every ingredient in our formulas is organic. What we promise is a cleaner approach, with formulas loaded with natural botanicals and complete transparency about everything inside. Every ingredient is listed on our product page.
Seven years, one formula
Painzen® is our first product, and it took seven years of research and development to get it right.
We found our inspiration in Ayurveda, the traditional wellness practice of India, which has used botanicals like ginger, turmeric and cinnamon in massage for generations. We built on that tradition, testing blend after blend, until we landed on 14 plant extracts and essential oils, including peppermint, wintergreen, helichrysum and white willow bark. The result is a lotion that feels cool on contact, then gently warming as you massage it in.
A scent you'll actually love
Then there's the part our customers mention first: the smell.
Painzen® doesn't smell like anything else on the shelf. Open the bottle and you get bright citrus from blood orange, orange and lemon, with sweet, mango-like tropical notes. It's fresh, it's pleasant, and it's nothing like that medicine-cabinet smell.
That changes where you can use it. Massage it in before a meeting, after a workout, on your lunch break or before heading out to dinner. No one will wrinkle their nose. If anything, they'll ask what you're wearing.
